Whether selecting the perfect evening gown, choosing a standout runway look, or refining competition outfits, we curate pieces that enhance confidence, highlight personality, and leave the judges in awe.
Our goal: help you look and feel unstoppable.
POLICY NOTES
1. Cancellation Policy:
Clients must notify the Coach of any scheduling conflicts at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be applied as credit toward a future session.
2. No-Show Policy:
If the Client fails to arrive for their session without providing proper notice, one session will be deducted from their coaching package, or the payment for that session will be retained.
For virtual sessions, the Coach will wait for up to 15 minutes before marking the session as a "no-show."
3. Payment Policy for Clients Without Prepaid Packages:
If the Client does not have a package and has not prepaid, the full session rate must be paid before they can rebook. This applies to all in-person, Skype/FaceTime, or phone sessions.
4. Prepayment and Payment Plans:
If the Client has prepaid for sessions or is on a payment plan, cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, or conflicts will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, the amount paid will be offered as credit only toward future sessions.
