I’m Cassidy Hill, Miss California Teen USA 2022 and Top 3 finalist at Miss Teen USA, now a pageant coach and software engineer dedicated to helping young girls step into their confidence.

With over a decade in pageantry, I’ve been a contestant, mentor, judge, and coach, giving me a 360° understanding of what it takes to succeed on stage and beyond. My coaching blends real pageant experience with a modern, empowering approach that helps each girl find her voice, her confidence, and her unique spark.

Whether it’s interview, walking, branding, or mindset, I’m here to guide the next generation of queens to shine in their own way: authentically, boldly, and beautifully.

I’m Autumn Harabedian, a lifelong philanthropist with two decades of pageant experience. As an Armenian woman in pageantry, I’ve spent years creating space for Middle Eastern girls to feel seen, represented, and celebrated. With experience as a contestant, volunteer, and coach, I bring a deep understanding of pageant tradition paired with a fresh, modern perspective.

My coaching is rooted in purpose: helping each girl understand her story, embrace her cultural identity, and use her platform to create meaningful impact. From social awareness to personal confidence, I’m passionate about guiding young contestants to think bigger, advocate boldly, and shine with intention on and off the stage.
